Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders of the GTM teams, understanding their needs and providing strategic recruitment support.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the GTM team, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- Act as a brand ambassador, sharing the story, vision, and culture with enthusiasm.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Prioritise diversity hiring and create inclusive recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance and support for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring they are kept up to date regularly.
- Continually utilise data to drive recruitment decisions and continuously improve our processes.
- Contribute to building our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), run events, and bring innovative ideas to life.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work efficiently to meet hiring goals in a fast paced environment.
Deliverable:
- Extensive recruitment experience, with 4+ years in recruitment in-house, ideally at a global high-growth company.
- Expertise in GTM hiring, with experience recruiting for global business development, partner success, and sales engineering roles.
- A proven track record of identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to recruitment.
- The ability to rapidly upskill on new technology stacks.
- Comfort working in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
