Salary: $2770 per month
Working Hour: Monday to Thursday (830am - 6pm), Friday (830am - 530pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in packing, unpacking and preparing records for transport to storage rooms
- Support administrative tasks related to digitization projects and document disposal
- Perform regular inventory checks to ensure accurate record keeping of documents and office supplies
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality requirements
- Filing records including tracking of items
Job Requirements:
- Capable of handling heavy boxes weighing up to 15kg
- Proficient in IT skills and Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word
- Comfortable using tools or ladders to access and replace boxes on higher shelves
