Up to 2-month completion bonus
- Vet and approve new products uploaded by merchants
- Coordinate and support the onboarding process of new merchants by engaging in activities such as administrative and operation set up, vetting and approving new product listings and conducting training for newly onboarded merchants.
- Address and assist merchant requests or issues with regards to product listings, content management, promotions management etc.
- Assist merchants to setup promotions during marketing campaigns to drive sales.
- Work closely with other departments to solve problems and improve overall operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain management or relevant disciplines
- Experience in project coordination / e-commerce operations / managing IT systems / logistics systems etc
- High energy, self-motivation & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and willing to pick up new IT skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn fast, handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
