UI/UX Designer (Digital Banking)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively design and maintain the UI design system, ensuring consistency in design language throughout all touchpoints.
- Identify, audit and troubleshoot key UI and UX issues, offering creative solutions to enhance user experiences.
- Develop and deliver assets for owned channels, touchpoints and campaigns, including ideation, stock image search and enhancement, and creative/graphic adaptations.
- Balance business requirements with a customer-centric design approach, creating user flows,wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and propose simple solutions, particularly for complex problems.
- Work closely with tech/developers to align visual designs with website and app functionalities.
- Demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense in all design work.
- Communicate ideas,designs, and suggestions clearly and effectively. Proficient in industry-standard tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Photoshop.
- Experience in planning and conducting user research, usability testing and discovery workshops, as well as synthesizing information to actionable insights.
- Keeping track of advancements in visual design technologies and applications, as well as industry trends through competitive review and reports.
- Possess a basic understanding of technology systems and B2B financial services.
Job Requirements
- Experience in creating hi-fi prototypes, animated graphics/creatives.
- Experience in technology systems, banking and financial services / products.
- Good to have UX toolsets (e.g Protopie, Useberry, Spline)
- Basic understanding of how front-end technologies work. (e.g HTML, CSS)
