Job Description
We are looking for a Trainee Associate to join our Corporate practice in Singapore. Based in Singapore, a Trainee Associate will be provided with the opportunity to gain top quality experience across a diverse range of work including cross-border deals. Our teams advise on some of the world's largest and most complex M&A transactions. Our clients include public and private corporations, investment banks and financial institutions, governments and international bodies. Our lawyers provide a seamless integrated service across our network of offices and across different areas of expertise.
Qualification
The candidate should have at least 12 months of training experience in top tier private practice at an international firm, ideally with experience in M&A transactions. You will be a self-starter with an aptitude for and experience in client engagement and development, a strong team player and a problem-solver with strong communication skills and commercial acumen. The ideal candidate must have strong drafting skills.
