A1 main contractor is looking for a Site Admin. Job responsibilities will comprise of both Admin and HR duties at construction site as per broadly categorised:
Site Admin Responsibilities
- General HR administrative tasks such as employee confirmation and other HR processes
- Assist with payroll preparation and processing, verifying attendance, overtime payments, resignations, and related tasks.
- Coordination and preparation for all site staff and worker training
- Manage site recruitment requirements
Site HR Responsibilities
- Onboarding administration such as setting up email accounts and work desk arrangement
- Managing and rostering of site driver’s schedule
- PIC for all site TOLQ and worker matters (occupancy nominal roll, workman injury claims etc.)
- Purchase of stationery, office and pantry supplies
- Purchase/leasing, maintenance and inventory of office fixed assets such as office equipment, furniture & fittings, telephone, mobile phone, fax machine, photocopier, aircon, water dispensers, etc
- Keep track of monthly office expenses and verification of supplier invoices
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Minimum 3 years experience in construction industry
- Familiar with payroll
- Working fluency in Korean language would be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
