Data Entry (Operations) Assistant
Responsibilities
· Update container movements.
· Perform data entry and maintain proper filling system.
· Collecting cash and issuing receipt.
· Liaise with external parties with issues pertaining to releasing/ pick-up of containers.
· Liaise internally to ensure smooth operations.
· Any adhoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
· GCE “N”, “O” level or ITE
· PC literate
· Willing to work overtime

· Perform timely and accurate data entry skills.
· Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset.
· Possess effective organisational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail.
· Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
