Job Description:
1. Market company’s suite of financial products to potential customers – in particular mortgage loans such as cash-out refinancing against Singapore properties to local companies for the purpose of working capital, business expansion and etc
2. Identify, develop, and implement marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness
3. Partake in sales and marketing activities in generating prospects
4. Ensure proper and timely documentation for every business transaction including credit reports.
5. Achieve constant growth and pre-set business targets
Job Requirement:
1. Min 1 year experience in signing on Mortgage loans. Candidates must have Loan Broker and Mortgage Loan customer contacts to source for loan opportunities.
2. Minimum academic qualification: Diploma in any field
3. Good presentation
4. Strong acquisition, confidence and result oriented to work well under pressure.
5. Demonstrates hunter characteristics with high level of energy to make things happen.
6. Meticulous in reviewing information and documentation.
