Assistant Contracts Manager/Contracts Manager (A1 main con Civil/Infra)
Job Summary:
Oversee all contract-related activities for civil construction and infrastructure projects in Singapore. Managing contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and coordinating with project stakeholders for successful project outcomes.
Job Description:
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Cost estimation on tenders
Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Identify potential risks in contracts and develop mitigation strategies.
Address and resolve any disputes or claims that arise during the project.
Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on contract terms and project goals.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Support the project team in achieving project milestones and deliverables.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting on contract progress and issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in contract management within the civil construction and infrastructure sector.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
