In this role, you will be responsible in ensuring the best in class media buying and implementations through campaign KPIs delivery/optimization and ROI.

  3. Be accountable for end to end processes on all assigned programmatic client initiatives to ensure planning and execution excellence

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • Have a good understanding of all GroupM Agencies brand portfolio, deliverables and campaign KPIs.
  • Actively participate in conversations with clients when specific expertise is required and optimize the team resources accordingly to the client’s workload
  • Work closely with Campaign Delivery Team for regular review of GroupM Agencies client’s requirements and development of case practices
  • Conduct a 90-day review to review progress achievements and identify short term gaps
  • Cascade KPI and SMART goals that are aligned to stakeholders needs
  • Coach and mentor your team and encourage a free exchange of constructive feedback

In six months:

  • Set up processes in compliance with finance process (including end of campaign reconciliation) according to GroupM policies and procedures to drive operational excellence.
  • Proactively address, and when needed escalate, any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables
  • Identify and implement tools and process improvement through automation which have increased the efficiencies of the team
  • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure shared accountability to deliver value to clients’ campaign
  • Review team’s performance and promptly address possible skills gap with training, coaching and other appropriate actions
  • Provide actionable insights during mid and post campaign reports to improve in-flight optimizations and future campaign brief recommendations
  • Ensure your brand campaigns and markets are well supported and that they have all they need to be successful and operate smoothly – keep them informed of new vendors, guidelines and collateral resources
  • Maintain publisher and vendor relationships and keep abreast with everything programmatic by being constantly updated on new product developments of DSP partners and other ad technology partners
  • Review team’s post-campaign inputs and include actionable insights and analysis on final reports

In 12 months:

  • Lead quality control and assurance for continuous improvement of practices, processes and procedures
  • Be expert in programmatic services and tactical planning process
  • Be accountable for end to end processes on all assigned programmatic client initiatives to ensure planning and execution excellence
  • Lead and share knowledge on new trends, channels and technologies across programmatic activation
  • Build strong relationships across internal stakeholders and key Clients.

What will you be doing?

  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in programmatic services and tactical planning process
  • Be accountable for end to end processes on all assigned programmatic client initiatives to ensure planning and execution excellence
  • Launch and ensure that the brand campaigns and markets are running the operations smoothly and provide meaningful insights during mid and post campaign reports to improve in-flight optimizations and future campaign brief recommendations

  • Strong relationship building skills which includes maintaining positive client relationships and ability to identify and develop business opportunities

  • Persuasive and effective communicator

Role requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant Programmatic and Digital Marketing experience in Media agencies and prior experience in leading a team to 5 to 15 Traders/ Campaign Managers of all levels
  • Highly passionate and keeping abreast of the digital marketing, industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies
  • Platform Certification across major DSP platforms (DV360, Trade Desk, Xandr)
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical skills and meticulous attention to details are required
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-changing environment
  • Leadership skills demonstrated by the ability to anticipate and remove barrier to productivity, drive teams towards clear goals, take effective decisions and challenge the status quo.
  • Strive for excellence demonstrated by setting high standards for yourself and others, holding teams accountable, focusing on continuous optimization while mitigating risks.
  • Focussed and resilient to a fast-changing environment
