We are seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide clerical and administrative support to ensure seamless operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office tasks, communication, scheduling, and other administrative responsibilities to uphold efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical assistance by handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for staff members
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
