Responsibilities:

· Assurance Services: Provide guidance and expertise to professional staff, participating in a wide range of assurance services with a focus on complex audits.

· Team Development: Develop and train team members, encouraging individual initiative and responsibility.

· Client Industry Knowledge: Understand clients’ industries, key performance drivers, business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments.

· Engagement Planning: Plan engagement objectives to ensure compliance with professional standards and appropriately address risk.

· Management Communications: Prepare and review management communications, proposals, budgets, and negotiate fees and overruns.

· Approval of Deliverables: Review and approve all financial statements, opinions, reports, and other deliverable documents for clients.

· Performance Monitoring: Monitor team progress against plans and drive performance as required.

· Compliance Development: Collaborate with the sector leader to develop the compliance division.

· Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in any other ad hoc projects as needed.


Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial services or audit.

· Strong understanding of assurance services and complex audits.

· Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
