Job Description
1. Work on proposal drawings and including as-built plans.
2. Ability to propose alternative material/work method
3. Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.
4. Understand specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of work.
5. To coordinate with the main contractor's request/s and ensure there are no conflicts on the schedule.
6. To delegate work to the general workers/supervisors and ensure it is in compliance with company/authority standards.
7. Liaise with suppliers on items needed for the project and plan the delivery schedule.
8. Ensure timely delivery of goods and material to site.
9. Submission to consultants for materials, shop drawings and method statement approval before commencement of work.
10. Liaise with consultants to resolve technical and detailing issues.
11. Attend project coordination/ safety meetings.
12. Good working knowledge of Autocad, Sketchup, Revit and MS Office.
