Your Role and Experience

As a Manager in the Wealth Management, Post-Merger Integration Consulting practice, you will be:

  • Delivering valuable insights and designing and implementing business change with a focus on people, process and technology.
  • Help clients navigate major change events such as a merger/acquisition, adjustment of business models to changing client expectations and markets, or large-scale business and technology transformation
  • Using design led thinking to enhance client customer experience
  • Optimizing client processes using data analytics
  • Independently manage scopes of work and teams

You should hold the following experience and skills:

  • Overall 6-12 years of working experience in financial services consulting or change/project/internal consulting functions in financial services firms.
  • At least 2 years of experience in wealth management processes and products.
  • Experience with at least one post-merger integration, specifically focusing on business integration aspects such as client consent and remediation, analyzing differences between the acquired and acquiring organization and feeding this into trainings and people/client comms, employing a structured approach to delivering at high pace in a complex environment.
  • An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner.
  • Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-cases
  • The ability to develop creative solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills.
  • Ability to build high performing teams and manage a specific project/scope of work independently, including leading a project team.
  • Experience working through organizational change, with a demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation, including evidence of solution design.
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large amounts of information.
  • An ability to identify the root causes of issues by analyzing patterns and trends.
  • An awareness of key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.
  • A desire to deliver to a high standard in a suitable timeframe.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, able to prioritize and also able to inspire and motivate others
