Job Responsibilities:
- Manage food service clearing system at the kitchen pantry premises.
- Collect, clean, wash, sanitize and dry all soiled wares
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and sanitized at all time, including floors, walls, dishwashing machines, storage equipment’s, shelves, chillers and any other related equipment’s.
- Dispose food waste at designated area
- Ensure proper usage of all cleaning equipment’s, and report any faulty equipment to superior immediately.
- Responsible for all usage and security of cleaning chemicals used.
- Comply with hygiene and safety regulations set by the Company, clients and government.
- Provide professional and courteous service at all times
- Not limited to perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.

- Physically fit
- Able to work in a hot and humid environment
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
