Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Publishing/Media Manager to lead the establishment and growth of our new vertical. This role will be instrumental in leveraging our existing traffic and partnerships to drive success in the digital publishing/media sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to establish and scale the new vertical.
- Collaborate with sponsors and partners to maximize opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
- Conduct outreach initiatives and sales calls to secure partnerships and sponsorships.
- Create compelling media kits to showcase the value proposition of our vertical to potential partners.
- Devise growth strategies for our newsletter, website, and social media channels, including sponsor-related advertisements, placements, awards, and live events.
- Take a hands-on approach in all aspects of the business, including team building, as the vertical expands.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the digital publishing/media space.
- Proven track record of working with sponsors and partners to drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
