Duration of Service:
- Contract Period: From 15 Aug 2024 to 14 Aug 2025
- Option to Extend: The Contractor grants the Authority the option to extend the Contract for a further period of 2 years.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours (alternating on a weekly basis):
- Week 1:Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30 am to 3:45 pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break Fridays: 6:30 am to 3:15 pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
- Week 2:Mondays to Thursdays: 9:45 am to 7:00 pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break Fridays: 10:15 am to 7:00 pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
The Services required are set out as follows:
- Maintain general cleanliness of equipment and classrooms
- Provide logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging furniture and equipment
- Operate and maintain basic office equipment and materials
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel
The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Completed primary school education
- Prior experience in school operation duties (e.g., logistics-related work, cleaning duties)
- Ability to communicate and work in teams
