Position Responsibilities:
- Maintaining all lab equipment
- Carry out daily analysis of plating chemicals
- Provide calculation for plating chemicals top-up amount
- Update control charts and ensure all analysis results are properly recorded and updated
- Carry out in-house calibration of lab & wastewater treatment plant’s ORP meters
- Review & revise all lab & wastewater treatment plant’s work instructions whenever necessary
- Maintain & upkeep the smooth operations of auto-analyzers for treated effluents
- Keep track & maintain sufficient inventory for “Quick Test Kits” for daily treated effluent checking
- Maintain good 5S housekeeping of the plating laboratory
- Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisor
- In charge product/process Control Plan, FMEA & Process Flow
- Support internal audit & external audit if needed
Position Qualifications and Experience:
- Possess at least a Polytechnic certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
