Responsibilities
- Develop optimization strategies for the development team based on an in-depth understanding of Thai culture, language, and user behavior to enhance product localization;
- Maintain close communication with players, collect and organize player feedback, promptly address player concerns, and collaborate with the development team to discuss user needs and pain points;
- Manage the game community and social media platforms, organize online events and interactions, ensuring high engagement levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- Native Thai speaker with fluency in English, and at least 1 year of experience in managing game communities or relevant fields;
- Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of Southeast Asian culture, particularly Thai culture.
