Responsibilities:
- Hands-on preparation of dishes for Tee-Top and Beer Garden
- Highlighting purchasing ingredients to Sous Chef for daily operations
- Ensuring proper sanitation of Tee-Top and Beer Garden
- Proper storage for all raw materials once received
- Monitoring and minimizing food wastage
- Goods receiving in the absence of the purchaser
- Assisting other kitchen sections and outlets when required

- Team player with a willingness to learn new skills
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Support overtime
- Singaporean only
Additional Information:
- Daily 2-way transport from Caldecott/Bishan MRT to the Club
- Staff meal provided once per day
- Working hours: 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM (42 hours weekly, with overtime compensation)
- Rest day: Every Monday
