Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of student management system (SMS) and CRM system which includes the addition of new information, updating changes to existing information and deletion of obsolete data.
- Work closely with the team and to provide trainings when necessary to optimize the utilization of current systems.
- Maintain and update management reports on the performance of individual markets
- Maintain up to date student application records in the University’s student management systems
- Provide relevant information and assistance to Marketing, Student Services, Pre-Arrival and Accommodation team, Academics and Finance departments
- Provide ad hoc reports as required
- Be well versed with the University’s Admissions Policy, Procedures and processes
- Understand the various entry requirements and be up to date on JCU’s offered courses in Singapore
- Receives new student applications from the individual markets and check for completeness of applications
- Responsibility to determine outcome for individual applicants’ assessment based on the Assessor Guideline Manual (AGM)
- Ensure that all new student applications are processed in a timely manner which includes submission for assessment to Academics, issuance of CPE-Student Contract and Letter of Offer, processing of ICA student pass application, processing of student finance etc.
- Prepare for Reporting Day of new intake commencement and provide assistance to new students which includes verification of student documents, as well as provide advice on orientations dates, medical check-ups and ICA Formalities sessions etc.
- Maintain the completeness, accuracy of student dockets and timely management of e-student dockets as per the procedure.
Key Selection Criteria:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in organisations with high processing requirements.
- Preferably with experience in Admissions within the education industry
- Experience at tasks which are methodical and require accuracy
- Experience at tasks which requires high levels of organisation
- Experience with communicating with a variety of clients from diverse background
Monthly Remuneration: Up to SGD 4,000
