Responsibilities:
- Educate leadership on Instagram’s current trends and how they can be leveraged to program effectively to support the company mission.
- Develop the ideal Programming Strategy for the Instagram platform in collaboration with the marketing team and mechandise team.
- Identify and secure potential collaborative, aligned creators to help accelerate opportunities to best tell the company story on multi-social media.
- Lead the aggregation and re-versioning of highly topical and trending content to build following and engagement on Instagram account(s)
- Engage with creative team to suggest and optimize new content ideas for multi-social media.
- Potentially be a front-facing creator on one of our social media platform channels.
- Interface with the Data Analytics team, related to trends, conversions, user growth, engagement, etc
- Based on quantitative and qualitative analysis, drive programming decisions for our multi-social media account(s), making necessary recommendations to consistently improve our platform strategy based on post performance, engagements, etc.
Working Time:
5 Day's work week. 9AM-6PM
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Communication / Marketing / Business or equivalent
- 1-2 year working experience is an advantage but not a must.
- Preferred knowledge or skills: Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Paid Advertising and CRM System
- Experience with B2C social media, like The little Red Book, Instagram, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
- Familiar and fluent with marketing tools including Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.
- Good knowledge of web creation tools/platform (e.g. Adobe Suite, WordPress, Umbraco, HTML etc.)
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
