Role Description
- Support Global TS Service Line leadership and Core team with activities associated to Diligence+ and rolling out of other growth initiatives and investments, as applicable
- By leveraging on past TS experience, support the Core team and contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of engagement delivery tools and methodologies and other initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the Core team to track, co-ordinate and support activities needed to meet monthly/quarterly milestones. This includes setting up bi-weekly meetings and other meetings as needed for the team to connect, take action points and follow up with the team
- Being across project plans for all the workstreams and proactively speaking to team members to get updates, chasing people and keeping tasks on track as far as possible as well as raising issues with the Project Lead etc
- Being across project finances with the Project Lead and assisting the Project Lead with monthly/quarterly performance reporting to Global DA leadership
- Assisting with queries from Leadership, ensuring appropriate consultation with the Project Lead as needed
- Build strong, trusted working relationships with key TS stakeholders across the Big 8 member firms as well as other Service Lines i.e. Valuation, Elevate (Strategy), Global L&D and Global Marketing & Comms to manage and proactively get inputs/keep them tracking to plan where needed
- Preparing for executive-level meetings such as steering committee meetings, leadership enablement sessions for various global and member firm KPMG leaders (including presentations/agendas and actions notes/key outcomes post meeting). For example, presentations for ASPAC DA Leaders or ASPAC TS Leaders
- Organising and tracking regional/in-country training, particularly across the Big 8 member firms for the purposes of reporting to Leadership
- Planning for future periods including defining the investment business cases for FY25 and beyond, supporting budgeting approval process
Knowledge Management
- Keeping the TS site up to date and managing the global project mailbox and enquiries (through delegating them to workstream leads to get responses)
- Being flexible to support with other activities, for example helping with collecting examples from the global network and credentials or helping with the transition of content from our Source site to One Intranet
Deliverables and accountabilities
- Project management of all key workstreams within the Global TS investment program
- Use AzureDevOps or other tools to support planning and tracking of deliverables
- TS service line network engagement & support
- Reporting to the Project Lead / Global Head of TS and ultimately Global DA leadership
Skills and experience
- Being able to work independently and efficiently, as the role requires one to work across multiple time zone and multi-jurisdictional team, and most interactions will be virtual. Being goal-oriented and having a well-structured approach will help you succeed
- Demonstrate flexibility and open mindedness. In particular, the role will require working directly with an Australian/EMA team as well as Global L&D and Global M&C colleagues
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Able to develop metrics, analyse data, report KPIs and follow up with people on a timely basis for status updates
- Reliable and accountable. Provides high quality outputs on a timely basis
- Shows initiative and is proactive, whilst also knowing when to balance this with seeking guidance and input from others
- Takes a calm and carefully considered approach to making decisions in challenging and time pressured situations

- Strong project management skills must be combined with resilience, cultural awareness, and diplomacy to achieve stakeholder engagement and able to hold their own with senior leaders.
