Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE “O” Level or Diploma.
- Construction experience preferred.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
- Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Fast Learner, Multi-tasking and able to work independently.
- Singaporean / PR / Malaysian
Scope of Work
- Planning and organizing operation work.
- Answering phone calls and responding to requests and inquiries.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, photocopy and updating of information as accurate.
- Issuing service report.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required.
