Job Descriptions:
- Work closely with Account Servicing/Project teams to coordinate pre-site work and at project/job site.
- Reporting to the Project Manager/Director on site activities, including schedule, design & delivery.
- Ensuring the projects is carried out within budget, schedule and quality expectation.
- Co-ordinate with clients and internal department for quotations and negotiation.
- Able to lead the operation team in the office renovation work
- Assist in building of sales channel and contacts.
- Liaise with landlords, management & clients.
- Maintain the working procedure and safety.
- Handle in project submission and interior work processes.
- Conduct cold calls, customer visit and sales presentation.
- Coordinate sub-con and workers for the renovation work to final hand over to client.
- Maintain and establish close relations with clients and provide feedback to them.
- Strong computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of diploma is preferably in interior design, architecture or any related corporate real estate discipline.
- At least 5 years working experience, including renovation, planning, project management, and facilities management in residential and commercial interior projects.
- Proficient in office interior and renovation.
- Able to multi-task, work under pressure, independent and to meet tight deadlines
- Possess good leadership and commitment.
- Hardworking, good attitude, patient and responsible.
- Good team player with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to take on night work and weekends during projects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with various customers.
