Responsibilities:
· Recruitment of supervisor and cleaners
· Discipline of supervisor and cleaners
· Termination of supervisor and cleaners
· Formulation of project / site manpower deployment / arrangement
· Liaising with customer or it’s representative
· Logistic support
· Any other works relating to the contract requirement
· All instruction as instructed by the Management
Requirements: -
- Degree / Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience & knowledge in the cleaning industries.
- Knowledge of WHS and its credentials.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with ability to exercise command and control.
- Meticulous to details in meeting company's requirement
- Good communication skills with professional email etiquette.
- Strong analytical and readiness in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work independently and multi task.
- Self-motivated, responsible, positive work attitude and a team player
- Ability to plan, manage and execute work effectively.
- PC Knowledge and Smart Devices savvy.
