Job Description
1. Lead and advise leadership/stakeholders in optimizing technology investments and delivering targeted SAP solutions to meet specific organizational needs
2. Collaborate with business partners and cross-function IT teams/global IT teams to determine project/functional change scopes/plans to deliver effective application solutions and designs
3. Provide functional directions and implement functional changes and maintaining solutions in SAP Applications request, adhere service level agreement and also achieve/maintain BU satisfaction
4. Develop and maintain adherence to IT Applications SAP policies, standards, best practices and guidelines within implementation and delivery methodologies
5. Identify potential issues/gaps, drive resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computing/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years' experience with at least 3 years' experience in a managerial capacity
- Experience in SAPECC FICO, SD, PP, WM, EDI Related knowledge be familiar with at least one or two of these modules)
- Profound knowledge in the implementation of SAP life cycles
- Demonstrate ability to apply information technology in solving business problems.
- Good leadership skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
