Roles & Responsibilities
Report to Team Leader & Project Director.
Supervise & Coordinate Teams, collaborating with Contract Managers, solving construction issues & contractual problems, and monitoring daily business operations.
Manage project costs.
Preparing budgets & Tracking expenses.
Identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Negotiating costs with Suppliers.
Maintaining client relationships, analyzing current strategies & developing improved action plans.
Qualifications
Preferably Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Budget Manager & handling in Civil projects.
Experience in Main Contractor companies will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skill.
Salary
$7,000 ~ $12,000 depending on experience and capability.
