- Involve in Schedule planning and Sales opening and closing.
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests.
- Respond efficiently to customer complaints.

Job Requirements
Full-time position.
Team player and willingness to learn.
Good soft skills and management skills.
Preferable with 2-3 years of experience
Experience in Japanese restaurants is a bonus.
Mature and positive attitude.
Previous experience in the food & service industry.
Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to handle cash and use point-of-sale systems.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and holidays
