JOB DESCRIPTION
· Provide strategic legal advice and support on healthcare regulatory compliance issues.
· Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements relevant to the healthcare industry, such as vendor agreements, service agreements, and partnership agreements.
· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management, business development, compliance, and operations teams, to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks across all aspects of the healthcare business.
· Stay abreast of changes in healthcare laws and regulations globally, and proactively advise the company on potential impacts and necessary actions.
· Manage and oversee external legal counsel as needed, including litigation matters andspecialized legal projects.
· Conduct legal research and analysis on complex healthcare legal issues and provide clear and practical recommendations to internal clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Singapore Bar Association.
· 8-10 years of experience practicing law with a focus on healthcare, either in-house at a healthcare organization or at a reputable law firm specializing in healthcare law.
· Deep understanding of healthcare laws and regulations, including those of international standards and best practices.
· Proven track record of providing strategic legal advice and support to senior management and business leaders in the healthcare industry.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
