Job Description:
- Serve as a Business Analyst and Developer, combining analytical insights with technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Modern Workplace solutions.
- Engaging Stakeholders: Communicate with stakeholders to understand their perspectives, goals, and challenges related to the project. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, surveys, and possibly observing their current processes.
- Leverage experience to articulate and present complex technical concepts effectively.
- Drive initiatives with a self-motivated approach, contributing to the organization's growth and success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop innovative solutions using Microsoft technologies.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Support the implementation and integration of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Modern Workplace solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in articulating technical concepts and presenting to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to learning and career development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
