Position Overview:
We are in search of a proactive and dedicated Retail Area Manager to oversee our collection of retail outlets. This is an instrumental role, focusing on enhancing store performance, ensuring sales targets are achieved, and promoting a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Management: Oversee and manage multiple store operations within the designated area, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets and customer service standards.
- Leadership: Lead, guide, and motivate store managers and their teams towards achieving company goals and objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly review store performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
- Budget Management: Oversee store budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and financial objectives are met.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and ensure store staff are adequately trained and developed for their roles.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure that all stores comply with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Customer Experience: Drive a consistent and high-quality customer experience across all stores.
- Communication: Foster effective communication between store teams and the corporate office, acting as a liaison when necessary.
- New Store Openings: Assist in the launch of new stores, from initial setup to grand openings.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained across all stores, liaising with the production team
