Client is an electricity distribution company in Singapore seeking to hire 2-year Executive Assistant in Billing Services.
Location: Kallang
Salary: up to $2,800 (+ sign-on bonus & completion bonus)
Work hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm / 9am – 6pm
Your new role
• Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of invoices, adjustments sent to customers including preparation of reports
• Analyse and provide solution paths for exceptional scenarios
• Analyse and tabulate the adjustments
• Test new initiatives that may be introduced into the various systems
• Process daily bill check/refund
• Any other project work that may be assigned
• May be requested to work overtime or/and weekend when required
What you'll need to succeed
• Min Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 – 2 years relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for details
