· Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals & targets & number of ships.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients.
· Arrange monthly meetings with ship owners & update performance.
· Understand the Budget variance of ships.
· Maintain and control ship management agreements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, meeting their needs and expectations.
· Report to owners in case of any incidents and failures with countermeasures on time.
· Prepare regular reports for senior management on business performance and operational issues.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all aspects of ship management.
· Request performance review from ship owners.
· Understand the company office Budget
· Foster good relations with group companies.
Pre-Requisites:
· Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or related field preferred.
· Extensive experience in ship management or maritime industry.
· Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.
· Proven track record in business development and financial management.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in using business management software and tools.
· Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good spoken English and Japanese.
