We are looking for a SCM Manager with excellent problem-solving mindset and rigorous attention to details. You will oversee the purchasing of raw materials to production, coordinate the movement of goods from contract manufacturers to customers, manage inventory and a large network of suppliers. The SCM Manager is expected to have a deep understanding of supply chain management and a strong communicator with a desire for innovation and transformation.
You will work closely with our Operations Director to improve productivity, efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring high quality material for the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and monitor Inventory to ensure accuracy
- Plan production and ensure sufficient materials
- Obsolescence management
- Facilitate and manage stocktaking activities
- Manage shipping logistics
- Monitor and prepare reports on operational performance
- Resolve any operational issues
- Communicate with stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A degree or Diploma in logistics, supply chain management or business management with at least 5 years in related field
- Proven experience in supply chain management in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of enterprise resource planning
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Organized, efficient, and results-driven
- Works well under pressure and manages stressful situations with ease
