Role and Responsibilities
This position will be on shifts(day and night) and expected to oversee the day-to-day transport arrangement, vehicle maintenance schedules which includes but not limited to the following:
.Stock inventory control for consumables (update FIFO)
.Incoming and outgoing of raw materials control(store-QA-production)
.Receiving,signing and recording of consumables from external suppliers
.Verify incoming consumables with delivery orders of suppliers
.Submission of doing documents to purchasing departments
.Coordinate and liaise with purchasing for all incomings materials and consumables
.Issue of PPE to new workers
.Perform data entries into ERP-inventory control system
.Thrive in a Fast-paced,Dynamic,and Collaborative environment
Qualifications and Education Requirements
.At least GCE o'level
.Tertiary education in the logistics discipline will be preferred
.Class 3 or Class 4 driving license
Preferred Skills
. Fluent English and Chinese Verbal and written skills
