Responsibilities:
- Work with operations and sales team for accurate billing information.
- Prepare and send invoices for freight services and verify billing data for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate billing records.
- Enter billing information into accounting software.
- Generate billing reports.
- Coordinate with the finance team for payments and adjustments.
Qualifications:
- At least N level and above
- 1 β 2 years experience in administrative / billing related role
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
