Responsibilities
· To handle the policy fulfilments and ensure they are processed within service standards and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
· Handle policy fulfillment process and ensure issuance and other activities related to policy services are done within stipulated turnaround time.
· Ensure compliance of SOP and accuracy in policy documentation.
· Ensure timely and compliance of file copy archiving procedures.
· Involve in improving workflows and policies to maximize the own productivity, efficiency and accuracy of policy documentation.
· Participate in UAT and projects for Personal Lines product launches, system and process\enhancements.
· Cover PLQ office operations when need arises.
· Provide support in other operational activities when assigned.
· Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
· Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
· Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
· Skills/Requirement
· Diploma holder with policy processing experience.
· Possess BCP and PGI certifications.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance industry.
· Experience in Personal Policy Processing in AS400 system is preferred.
· Experience in process improvement projects & system testing will be advantageous.
· Has good customer focus, detailed and can work independently.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ie Word and Excel).
