Job Description:
- Designs, plans, and handles testing, commissioning, software programming and supervision on site for BMS on project plan, specifications, and contract documents.
- Analyses plans, specifications, and contract to determine project requirements.
- Prepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required. Maintains current design documents throughout project duration.
- Prepares engineering re-estimate reports and minimizes report variances.
- Perform testing & commissioning of BMS.HVAC experience and sequence of preparation for BMS Experience in BMS technical submittals preparation, method of statement, compliance statement and OMM.Experience in IO point schedules, assignments, and materials selection with value engineering.
- To monitor and supervise subcontractors’ work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, material, and samples.
- To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples. Manage and execute project as per the schedule.
- To attend meeting with contractors to address issues and update progress.
- Study and reviewing of drawings, specifications for compliance.
- Allocate work to supervisors and ensure jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards.
- Follow up with site / authority inspections, defects rectifications of the fire protection work.
- Plan and prepare OMM, training, As-Builts drawings for handing over of completed fire protection systems to client.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electronics Engineering At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Project Management experience in both Fire and BMS Projects
