You will be expected to:
• Engage & coordinate with project’s stakeholders for design and permitting inputs to enable timely and quality deliverables
• Ensure project designs complies with regulatory requirements
• Carry out authorities consultation and submissions
• Design development and documentation
• Conduct consultants, site meetings and site inspections
• Project management from start to handover, including contract administration and completion
You need to have:
• Relevant Architectural Degree or Diploma
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in Architecture
• Management of projects from concept to completion
• Passion and eye for design and details with experience in design documentation
• Strong interest in project management, construction and contract administration
• Familiar with Singapore codes, regulations and submissions procedures
• Good knowledge of Singapore forms of contracts
• Ability to work across different scales of projects
• Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently without supervision
• Positive, pro-active and driven
• Meticulous and able to organise work effectively
• Good command of English (both written and verbal)
• Proficient in Autocad and Sketchup
• Experience with ArchiCAD is a bonus
