We are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative, and memorable experiences for our clientele.As a Carpenter at TCT Production, you will play a crucial role in crafting and assembling event setups, booth setups, and various structures essential for conferences, large-scale events, exhibitions, and expos. You will be responsible for translating design plans into tangible structures with precision and expertise. Your craftsmanship will contribute to creating captivating experiences for our clients and their audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and design plans to fabricate structures and setups.
- Craft and assemble event setups, booth setups, and other structures according to specifications.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of finished products through meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with designers and production teams to optimize designs for functionality and aesthetics.
- Utilize a variety of tools and equipment to cut, shape, and join materials such as wood, metal, and PVC.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist in the installation, setup, and dismantling of structures at event venues as needed.
- Provide input and recommendations for improving production processes and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in carpentry, woodworking, or similar trades.
- Experience in leading a team or manage workers is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle tools and materials for extended periods.
