Job Responsibilities
- Arrange air export shipment bookings received from Customer
- Coordinate with Operations on shipment execution on the booked flight
- Check and respond to the customer query on air export bookings or shipment
- Handle day-to-day shipment activities and respond to Client
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum 'O' Level
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in handling air export duties with a freight forwarding organization
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player and hardworking person
- High proficiency in computer literate

- Knowledge in the handling of dangerous goods
