- Drive end to end business development strategy to reach the sales objectives within assigned territory and segments.
- Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans; scaling business within assigned territory and segments.
- Managing the new accounts to maximise revenue through cross and up selling opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs, resolving issue, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Sales forecasting and performance analysis, identifying opportunities for growth and areas that require improvement.
- Works closely with cross-functional counterparts (R&D, marketing/sales, manufacturing, quality, finance, legal) and provides project leadership in the development and implementation of plans and strategy.
- Providing timely reports to the management team regarding performance, sales activity, account management and strategy, as well as advise on local industry trends.
- Provide ongoing training and development programs for the sales team in Singapore.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies in all sales activities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, product enhancement, and overall improvement.
