Responsibilities:
- To supervise 15 to 20 jobsites. Each project varies from 1 to 4 headcount
- Ensure that the cleaners have carried out their duties according to the contracts
- Class 3 licence: To transport float team workers
- To record attendance and job completion forms
- To attend weekly meetings in the office
- Assist with the development of in-house training
- Conduct interviews for new employees
- Implement standard procedures for cleaning tools and equipment maintenance
- Interpret tender specifications
- Manage supply of cleaning materials
- Place orders to maintain stock levels
- Plan and implement environmentally sustainable work practices
- Prepare Overtime and Attendance reports monthly
- Prepare quotations for cleaning services
- Prepare reports on stock counts
- Provide advice and guidance on issues relating to training as required
- Provide human resource support and guidance to the Duty Managers
- Supply resources to service sites
- Support with on-the-job training
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in cleaning industry
- PC literate at advantage
- Possess Class '3' driving license
- With positive attitude and experience in staff management
- Customer oriented
- In good physical health
- Able to start immediately
