Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Shipyard
- Working Location: 156 Gul Circle
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon-Fri 8.30 am–5.30 pm) Alternate on Sat - 8.30 am- 12.30pm)
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day to day operational tasks and provide assistance to handle broad range of Company's needs
- Perform and monitor Account Receivables and Account Payables
- Issue Invoices, Quotation, PO, Create Delivery orders and follow up
- To assist Account Manager/ Account Executive on the daily accounts related work area
- Answer and resolve any queries received from customers regarding billing
- Send reminders, and contact customers for follow-up on payments
- Paying vendors by scheduling payment and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
- Answering phone calls
- Perform other administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Accounting qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant accounting working experience
- Basic Microsoft Office skills and General Accounting
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external parties
- Thorough with positive working attitude and sense of urgency
