Job Responsibilities :
- Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all services and complete within programme
- Work closely with clients and consultants on technical matters
- Coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
- Conduct detailed M&E coordination with all specialist contractors
- Attend progress/site/MEP meetings
- Ensure compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
- Ensure the quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are compiled
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in Main Contractor involving M&E works
- Good safety knowledge and attitude
- Ability to liaise with statutory authorities
