Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the general administration functions and events in office
  • Organizing meetings, presentations and reports
  • Basic data entry
  • Pantry upkeeping
  • Document Management
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an office administrator/manager.
  • Competent with MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
  • Good organizational skills and good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
