Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new sales across the Asia Region.
- Manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure effectively.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers in other countries for regional and global bids.
-Develop a sustainable and robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and account planning.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the region.
- Represent ATPI at regional events and trade shows.
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities in the region.
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Occasionally, handle projects that may not be directly related to sales but contribute to overall career development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a sales role.
- Background in travel agency and sales is essential.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in Travel Management Company (TMC) sales is preferred.
-Strong commercial focus with the ability to translate numbers into practical business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, with strong knowledge of Excel.
- Understanding of CRM systems is an advantage.
