Job Description:
- Front line patient services by performing the functions of registration, cashiering, handling enquiries
- Chair side assistance if required
- Ensure that patient enquiries are attended to
- Manage appointment scheduling
- Assist in the retrieval of records and return patient records
- Arrange for follow-ups with patients or doctors when necessary
- Other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Previous clinical/healthcare experience is preferred!
- Min GCE N/O/A Level
