Salary: $3,000 to $3,600
Responsibilities
- Coordinate vessel-shore operations, logistics, and procurement.
- Manage spare parts, services, and documentation as per SI instructions.
- Handle purchasing, invoicing, and record-keeping.
- Support budget monitoring and reporting.
- Assist in preparing vessel reports and tracking certificates.
- Manage mail and courier deliveries for vessel documents.
- Generate and distribute Fleet Performance reports.
- Perform various support tasks as needed.
- Maintain vendor information and records.
- Prepare EEOI, EMS, and EnMS reports.
- Contribute to ISM, EMS, and EnMS objectives.
Requirements
- GCE O Level/ Diploma holder
- 2 years of related work experience
- Good in numbers
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication skills
